trainees first.

Every cohort produces a few people who stay — as peer trainers, coordinators, or just the person a younger trainee calls first. These are some of theirs.

Meher joined a school cohort in 2024 and now assists the junior batch as a peer trainer. Forty-one of our 96 trainers came up through the program the same way.
