Schools, colleges, and community groups can host a self-defense, life-skills, or awareness session — from a single assembly to a full 12-week cohort.
A single awareness session runs 60–90 minutes and covers escape and de-escalation basics plus a life-skills segment (digital safety or legal rights, depending on the audience). A full cohort is our 12-week self-defense program, run twice weekly, ending in certification — see the Programs page for the complete curriculum.
Schools and colleges (student assemblies or full cohorts), corporate teams (single sessions as part of a wellness or CSR initiative), and community groups or resident associations (public awareness demos). Group sizes from 20 to 200.
A space with enough floor room for drills (a hall, gym, or large classroom), roughly 4–6 weeks' notice for a full cohort, and a single point of contact to coordinate scheduling. For single sessions, 2 weeks' notice is usually enough.
Single awareness sessions are free. Full 12-week cohorts are subsidised — ₹900 covers one participant for the full program, and we work with hosting institutions to cover the rest through sponsorship where needed. Talk to us about what's possible for your group.
Use the contact form and select "Bring a workshop to my school or college" as the reason — tell us your city, group size, and rough timeline, and we'll get back to you within 2–3 business days.
