Self-defense
Certified instructors teach escape, strike and de-escalation drills built for real streets, real crowds, real buses.
Every program below feeds the same goal: a girl who knows what to do in the first four seconds, and the language to change what happens after.

Negotiation, money, digital safety, legal rights. What happens after the mat matters as much as what happens on it.
Public demos, street theatre and school assemblies that move the conversation from her caution to their behaviour.
Certified instructors teach escape, strike, and de-escalation drills built for real streets, real crowds, real buses — not demonstration moves, but responses drilled until they're automatic. Cohorts run twice weekly across 12 weeks, ending in a certification assessment.
Delivered in partnership with schools, colleges, and community centres. A typical cohort is 20–30 participants, led by one certified instructor and an assistant coach.
Negotiation, money, digital safety, and legal rights. What happens after the mat matters as much as what happens on it — this program runs alongside self-defense training so participants leave with both the physical and practical tools to act on what they've learned.
Modules are taught by trainers and guest facilitators (lawyers, financial counsellors, digital-safety specialists) and can be taken as a standalone track by partner institutions that don't have space for physical training.
Public demos, street theatre, and school assemblies that move the conversation from her caution to their behaviour. This is our most public-facing program — the one most likely to show up as a workshop at a transit hub or a demonstration at a community event.
Awareness campaigns are how we reach people who will never take a 12-week cohort, but whose attitudes shape whether the girls who do take one are actually safer.
